More than just accommodation, an immersion in Nature. Completely private country house 50km from Lisbon in a very quiet and relaxing area.
3 bedrooms, kitchen and annex outside. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the house and one outside. There is also a swimming pool, sauna, a pool table in the room, table football, trampoline, Wi-Fi (inside and outside!), lots of animals. We also have many games for children and families.

The space
The house has 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, and the other with 1 double bed and a sofa bed), 3 bathrooms (1 in the main bedroom, a family bathroom and an external bathroom), a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The house has air conditioning and fireplace.

Outside there is a dining room that can be used for meals. In this room there is also a sofa bed. The site is constantly being updated. The latest additions are the sauna and water sprays so you can enjoy the terrace while it’s nice and cool, but give us your suggestions!

With a saltwater pool at ground level, a snooker table in the living room and table football outside, as well as all the balls and rackets you can imagine, you won’t run out of activities. There is also a giant trampoline, swings, sun loungers, pool mattresses, floats for children, a monkey game, etc.

There is free high-speed Wi-Fi both indoors and outdoors and cable TV.

If it’s winter, enjoy a good book by the fireplace, go to the sauna or play a few games of snooker with friends/family.

Have children? Show them all the cute and friendly animals, such as the hosts Lucy the goat and Oscar the turkey or Ambrose the goat. Grab some grass and feed them by hand! They will soon become your friends. All animals have their own space, fenced and independent.

Hungry? Pick one of the many seasonal fruits, from strawberries to passion fruit or even delicious raspberries or pick some fresh tomatoes, lettuce etc and make your own salad. In addition to all the fresh eggs you can get from the chickens and quails. We also have a wide variety of aromatic herbs. All organic without chemicals!

Guest access
The farm consists of the house, the swimming pool, an outdoor annex, the garden and all the spaces around it. Guests have exclusive access to all of this (around 3000m2), meaning there will be no other guests in the space.

We need access to the space to care for the animals and maintain the pool. This will only happen in a few days and will be communicated in advance. Generally, it is Mr. Carlos who helps us with this maintenance. This is to ensure there are no problems (sometimes an animal may be sick, or a water sprinkler is not working, etc.). Other than that, we want our guests to enjoy privacy.
Other things to take into account
No parties or events are allowed.
After booking, guests will be asked to complete a reservation form with identification of all guests. Only guests listed in this Reservation Agreement may enter the Quinta.
If owners have evidence that the rules have been broken, they have the right to enter the home to check the situation. Failure to follow the rules may lead to expulsion of all guests.
The Sauna is open from November to April and limited to one 2-hour session per stay. For longer sessions you can ask us for prices. In other months, the sauna can be opened for an additional fee.
