Mistery City Games
What is it?
Mystery City Games are a mix between a scavenger hunt, escape room, and a walking tour. It’s a bit like The Da Vinci Code – it’s about using clues hidden in the city’s architecture and magical objects to solve a mystery. It’s an outdoor escape room like no other and should definitely be included in your “top 10 things to do in Sintra”! No app or phone is required – we think treasure hunts are more fun with real treasure maps, locks, and beautiful pieces.
Lisbon Hop-On Hop-Off
Explore Lisbon at your own pace: you can hop on any of our panoramic buses and take whichever route you wish to discover everything Lisbon and Cascais have to offer. There are many options to choose from: from the historic city centre and the St. George’s Castle, popping by the most modern part of the city, host to the famous Expo ‘98, or a drive through Belém, to see and visit the monuments that pay tribute to the Discoveries, ending with a view to the sea town of Cascais. This ticket allows you to travel on any of our buses, on all four lines, for 72 hours. You can hop on or off the bus on any of our stops whenever and wherever you like. Ready?

If you have any questions before you arrive, let us know; we’ll be happy to help!
To prepare everything for your stay, please fill the check-in form:
– SEF, the Portuguese Border Control, demands that all non-Portuguese guests register their stay and we need to comply. We use a tool called icheckin for that, so you can fill in all traveler details.
– To plan and prepare better we will also ask you about your estimated time of arrival in the same form. The check in instructions will be sent again after you fill it.
– Please remember to tell us about any extra needs in advance, like needing a baby bed, or placing your tax ID on the invoice, etc.

Parties are not allowed in the house The MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS can't exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment at all times

Somoking in the building is forbiden
Quiet Hours
Please remember that most of your neighbours are not on vacation.They appreciate the peace and quiet around their homes, so please don't make any noise between 22pm and 8am
The parking spot is just in front of the pastry shop but you need to go to the apartment first to get the remote that opens the chain to access it.

- Select “Collection” Confirm you are Collecting When you arrive at the locker, initiate the process by clicking anywhere on the screen. Next, select the “collection.
- Enter Collection Code
After choosing “COLLECTION”, you need to enter the collection code Then press the check mark to continue. - Confirm you are Collecting. After clicking the check mark, a screen will come up saying you’ve got 1 door to open. Just hit the checkmark again to start the collection.
- Locker Opens Automatically: The screen will then display the door number and the locker will open automatically. You then collect the key and close the door

If you need help with anything regarding your apartment, please give us a call so that we can assist or send maintenance. We have worked hard to make your stay perfect, but we know little things can happen that are out of everyone’s control. Just give us a call so we can help!
Light bulb out? Cable not working? Housekeeping issues? Please call us so that we can correct these issues during your stay. Calling us after your stay won’t allow us the opportunity to correct issues that will ensure your happiness with the house, so please call us during your stay as we cannot help you after you’ve checked out. SEF (Immigration and Borders Service)
Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a longstanding law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all nonPortuguese nationals who use that accommodation.
This law has been brought into force in Portugal and most other EU countries at some point since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices.
In this case, it is specifically Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent Alojamento Local law in Portugal that has brought this rule into sharper focus. The governing body that monitors the movement of foreigners is SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras or the Immigration and Borders Service).
If you have not yet filled out the form that was sent to you, guests will have to fill out during check-in.
The electricity is down what should I do?
Next to the front door there is an electrical board. Look at the plugs and see if any of them is down or the main power supply.
Do you have a baby crib?
Please let us know in advance if you need a baby crib and we will prepare one for you
Can we leave our bags and check-out later?
Unfortunately we do not have a place where you can store your luggage, but we have several options you can choose here
