More than just accommodation, an immersion in Nature. Completely private country house 50km from Lisbon in a very quiet and relaxing area.
5 bedrooms (one of them is a large attic). living room, kitchen and large porch outside. Fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms in the house and another outside. There is also a pool, ping-pong table, trampoline, Wi-Fi (inside and outside!) and some animals. We also have many games for children and families.
The space
The house has 5 bedrooms (two with double beds, another with two single beds, another with a sofa bed and an attic with two double beds and two single beds), 4 bathrooms (1 in the main bedroom, one in the family bathroom, one in the attic and one outside). Furthermore, the house has a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The house has air conditioning and a fireplace.
Outside there is a large and spacious porch that can be used for dining. The site is constantly updated so it’s normal for there to be some good news 😉
With a ground-level pool, ping pong table, giant 4 in a row or giant Jenga as well as all the balls and rackets you can imagine, you won’t run out of activities. There is also a giant trampoline, sun loungers, pool mattresses, floats for children, etc.
There is free high-speed Wi-Fi both indoors and outdoors and cable TV.
If it’s winter, enjoy a good book by the fireplace or keep entertained with the different board games we have.
Have children? Show them our chickens that lay eggs daily and teach them how to collect the eggs.
Hungry? Pick one of the many seasonal fruits, from strawberries to passion fruit or even delicious raspberries or pick some fresh tomatoes, lettuce etc and make your own salad. We also have a wide variety of aromatic herbs. All organic without chemicals!
Guest access
The farm is made up of the house, the pool, the garden and all the spaces around it. Guests have exclusive access to all of this (around 2000m2), meaning there will be no other guests in the space.
We need access to the space to care for the animals and maintain the pool. This will only happen in a few days and will be communicated in advance. Generally, it is Mr. Carlos who helps us with this maintenance. This is to ensure there are no problems (sometimes an animal may be sick, or a water sprinkler is not working, etc.). Other than that, we want our guests to enjoy privacy.
Other things to take into account
No parties or events are allowed.
After booking, guests will be asked to complete a reservation form with identification of all guests. Only guests listed in this Reservation Agreement may enter the Quinta.
If owners have evidence that the rules have been broken, they have the right to enter the home to check the situation. Failure to follow the rules may lead to expulsion of all guests.
