Unlimited access to Lisbon’s public transportation
This tourist card also includes endless journeys on the city’s public transport system: subway, urban buses, cable cars, and trams.

How does it work?
You’ll activate your card the first time you use it. It is then valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on your preference. For example, if you activate your 24-hour card on Monday at 1:45 pm, it will be valid until Tuesday at 1:45 pm. You may only access each attraction once.

Collecting your card
You can pickup your Lisbon Card at the following locations:

Lisbon Airport Arrivals Terminal: 7:15 am – 9:30 pm
Terreiro do Paço Tourist Office (Praça do Comércio): 9 am – 6:30 pm
Centro Tejo (Estação Fluvial Sul e Sueste, Praça do Comércio): 10 am – 12 pm and 3 pm – 5:30 pm
Centro Interpretativo da Historia do Bacalhau (Praça do Comércio): 10 am – 6:30 pm
Cais do Sodré Tourist Office: 9 am – 1 pm and 2 pm – 5:30 pm

Children under 4
The Lisboa Card for children is valid for children between 4 and 15 years old. Most attractions are free for children under 4. Nevertheless, we recommend you check the official websites of the sights you want to visit for more information.

Belém Tower
With your card, you can visit the Belém Tower. To do so, you’ll have to make a reservation at the ticket office of the Ask Me Lisboa Torre tourist information kiosk, located in the garden of the Belém Tower.

The time slots for the visit are: from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. On public holidays (December 24 and 31 and January 1), the tower is closed.

The Belém Tower is open Tuesday – Sunday, from 10 am to 5:30 pm.

Closed museums
Most museums in Lisbon are closed on Mondays. Local holidays, Christmas and Easter may affect the openings of some of the attractions included in the card. Closures or free access due to holidays or special events will not result in a partial or full refund of the card price.

We recommend that you check the opening hours so that you can make the most of your card.

Closures or free access due to holidays or special events will not be grounds for partial or total reimbursement of the price of the card. Nor will there be any partial or total reimbursement for the partial or total closure of monuments or museums due to Covid restrictions.
